Cooper once again woke in a good mood today. He managed to eat a little breakfast, then played for several hours. Finally at 11:00 he couldn't stay awake any longer, and napped until 4 this afternoon. He ate a great dinner of pizza, mac and cheese, and peaches. He played for a couple more hours and we were able to get him in his stander and walk him around for a while. We wanted him to stay up until his 8:00 bedtime, but after falling asleep while walking we decided to let him nap for an hour. That one hour nap turned into Mommy, Daddy, and Cooper sleeping for two hours!!! After a little more play and story book readings, Cooper called it a night. He is in dreamland now.

While Cooper napped today we were able to talk to his Endocrinologist. She told us that this may be a longer process than what we thought. We will need to keep a close eye on his kidneys and thyroid, along with others related to his pituitary gland.

We also met with Cooper's Oncologist. She told us that his tumor was a little more aggressive than they first realized. He has more divided cells than one with a low grade gliomia. This means another MRI to take a closer look at things. They are waiting to start his Chemo incase the MRI shows something new/different from before. The doctors want to make sure he will be receiving the right Chemo. We are very thankful they are taking a closer look.

The MRI is scheduled for early next week. If every thing looks alright, then we will leave for CHKD after that.

Please continue to pray for Cooper's little friend Maddie. She is now at UVA. We are praying for her family to get some much needed answers. Several have asked about her. You can follow her progress at ittybittymaddie.blogspot.com

Cooper rolled over for the first time since surgery today.
